The Elmira City School District Health and Dental Plan is a self-funded health plan providing benefits for certain medical, dental, and vision expenses. The Elmira City School District Health Plan Committee is comprised of Representatives from Central Administration, Board of Education, ETA, ISEA, CMCW, and POMCO representatives.
